This package design project revolved around using an existing bottle as the foundation for a new brand. With a bottle selected, the label was completely redone, with a new, original brand created alongside it. For this project, I used the St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur bottle, which has an extremely iconic art deco design.

Process

The design of Annapurna Liqueur's packaging is heavily influenced by the unique art deco shape of the bottle chosen, immediately letting it stand out amongst the crowds of bottles on the shelves. The container the bottles come in is jagged to reflect the nature of the mountain Annapurna, which the brand gets its name from, and uses a unique combination of colors typical in eastern design to communicate its unique brand story with just a glance.
